Terms & Conditions
Service:
Any customer of Tony's PC Help understands that it costs $40
per hour for a technician to work on your machine. The first
hour is not prorated. After the first hour it is rounded to
half hour increments. If a technician needs to travel to your
location, outside of the local area, it will cost 75¢ per mile,
plus any tolls that a technician may pass through. The total
amount of miles is determined by maps.yahoo.com. Customers
are responsible for their data and backing up the data.
However, if you would like a technician to backup your data,
they are not held responsible for your data. On arrival of
a technician coming to your home, he will evaluate the machine
for any existing problems to informed of the status of your
hardware. The technician will estimate and let you know the cost
for eventual repair at no extra charge. Tony's PC Help does not install software without a
valid license.
Technical
Assistance:
Tony's PC Help is not responsible to any party for any
direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any
use of technical support information provided by Tony's PC Help
via e-mail, telephone or in person, or from any other source,
including the manufacturer or designer of the product and web
support sites.
New and Upgraded
Computers:
New computers built by Tony's PC Help come with a one
year warranty by the date on the invoice. Upgraded computers come a
parts warranty for only the parts upgraded by Tony's PC Help.
All sales are final - there are no cash refunds or credits.
Tony's PC Help reserves the right to make substitutions if a
replacement is needed. All substitutions will be of equal
quality and specification. Warranty will be void if system is
found to be damaged by accident, misuse, misapplication or as a
result of service not rendered by Tony's PC Help. Warranty is
void should the customer(s) use profanities or rude or
disrespectful behavior. Warranty does not cover software of any
type including Operating Systems and Hardware / Software
incompatibility issues including Drivers. The customer is
responsible for backup of their data prior to having service
performed. Tony's PC Help is not responsible for
lost data.
Software:
Tony's PC Help does not
install illegal software on any machines. If your computer is going
to be upgraded to a newer operating system or needs to be formatted
or a new hard drive is installed or reinstallation of your operating
system will require you to have all your original software and
CD-keys.
Quotes:
Quotes given by Tony's PC Help are not final prices. This
is only an estimate of hardware, software and labor of a given job..
Payment:
New and upgraded computer require payment upfront. Per hour
jobs will be billed at the end of the job. You may pay the
technician with cash, check or credit card. The check should be
made out to Anatoli Stoychev.
All returned checks will be liable for a $49.00 charge. We also
accept credit card payments via
PayPal.
All credit Card payments have an increase of 4% on top of the total.
Tony's PC Help has the right to suspend service to the client at
any time for any reason. This is of course for the protection of
Tony's PC Help and it's other clients. If such a suspension is
to last for more than 1 day, the client will be notified as to
the reason by e-mail. This agreement is binding to the client
whether the new account information is received by internet,
phone, e-mail, or by any other ways. The client
agrees they are bound by the terms of this agreement upon the
request for Tony's PC Help services. The client agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless Tony's PC Help and it's principles
and employees from any claims resulting from the use of the
services which damages the client or any other parties.
We
reserve the sole right to decline our services to a new, or existing
client.
Use of this website and/or Tony's PC Help's
services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions can be updated any time without
any notice.
